— At least 49 people were killed and more than 600 people were injured Wednesday when a train plowed into a platform at a Buenos Aires station, state media said.
The number of casualties could increase, emergency services director Alberto Crescenti said, according to the state-run Telam news agency.
Shaken passengers told reporters the crash sounded like a bomb blast.
“We all fell to the ground. It was horrible,” one woman said.
Authorities believe there were problems with the train’s brakes, Transportation Secretary Juan Pablo Schiavi said.
The packed train was traveling at 26 kilometers per hour (16 mph) when it crashed, he said.
“Suddenly I heard a bang, and many people fell on top of me. I think I had more than 10 people above me. I got out as quickly as I could,” a passenger named Esteban told the state news agency. “I only saw injured people and heard screams.”

American pop artist James Rizzi, known best for his 3D paper sculptures and bright, cartoon-like drawings, died on Monday in his hometown of New York City. Rizzi was 61.
Born in Brooklyn in 1950, Rizzi later studied Fine Arts at the University of Florida before returning to his home state in the 70s where he initially made his name as a street artist. Over time his colorful animations (seen below),which have made their way on to an assortment of objects including airplanes, chinaware, cars, stamps and trains, earned him a a large international following, especially in Germany.
Moving between the worlds of architecture and graphics, Rizzi also designed three versions of the New Beetle for Volkswagen in 1999.

My 1st email of work today the 1st working day of 2012 was to my friend Mr Sean ” Diddy ” Combs . After the amazing success of the Ibiza Beach Polo 2012 we already have some proposal from brands of vodkas to be part of the next tournament, but of course I wanted to see if Puffy would be interesting to get involve with his ultra premium vodka CIROC so then he can have the first option before any other . Normaly when I want to take off in a city that I never been or not been for a while I call my friends there and I ask whats going on the dates I want to go. If there is nothing special then my next move is to check my talents artists friends tour calendar and see if any of them are around the dates I have in mind to go . Always is a pleasure to meet new people and cities with James and his band, will never forget that insane tour I did with them around Vegas, San Francisco , LA and San Diego!! But now is time for Paris!! Ho La La !!! Cant wait to hang out with the ” French House Mafia ” Mathias, Laurent and Ben! Its On players!!!

WOW!!!! The three House music kings of Swedish House Mafia , my boys Steve, Seb and Ax , will be taking over the most prominent music venue in the world, Madison Square Garden !! Yes the center of the universe for music!! . For those huge bands It has the best acoustics, the best audiences, the best reputation, and the best history of great artists who have played there. Since I was ask to find a house for Puffy cose he was coming to Ibiza I was trying to close a deal with Ushuaia for a party with him. At the end didnt happend. When Puffy arrived and I went to say hello to the villa inmediatly we spoke about the shame we couldnt make it happend. Later I had to make the whole party shedule for the week: ofcourse our dear DC10, Puffy’s favourite dj and bro Erick Morillo, Cocoon, Luciano and Carl Cox. But I kept telling him ” dude, wait to see Swedish House Mafia at Ushuaia!! ” . So I booked best table with the private room, waited for him at the door, we walked in and when we arrived at look at his face and said : ” I told you Puffy! This stage was made for you ! ” We shaked hands beetwen all the gang and the party started!!!! . Every one had a great time btwn the table and the private room. All the Ushuia crew were a great host!Thank you all!! I knew Puffy wont resist to jump on stage, even if we didnt close any deal! So ofcourse after a while he looked at me and said : ” Yo Roman, fuck it! Lets go to the stage, I want to feel this people’s energy! ” So I took him to the dj booth and he finaly did his show. And every one loved it!! For those who love to say he doesnt pay his bills , he did!! He entertained 5.000 people, did pictures with every one asked for and paid the bill for me and his other 18 friends and employers… Was an amaizing night! Amaizing! VIp was fully book since few days before, some tables reached more than 20.000 euros. Enjoy the pictures :

I called last minute to get a table for Luciano’s party so I got this form Puffy : ” Roman!! Bro!! Come on! I dont need this house ( looking at a more than 10 M euros villa just rented for a week ) , I just want a good table bro!! Where me and my friends can have fun , listen good house music, feel the crowd, the dance floor and the energy!! Thats all I need bro! I came here cose this bro!! ” I wish to be the mayor of Ibiza or atleast the owner of each club Puffy want to spend his energy!! People who love ibiza and have busines here should understand how important is Puffy!! Who book other hip hop artists should remember who was the first one to come here and Highlight dance music!! I dont forget!! I love Puff Daddy cose I know him and I love him cose I love Ibiza and I want him to come for many years!! I saw him last year and I told him for how many years he didnt come! There has been a large number of (predominantly rock) musicians over the years that have all died at the age of 27…which, in some circles has been dubbed “The 27 Club”. There is even a Wikipedia article on this very subject, as with most other subject of great importance. Thats why I freaked out when I heard Amy Winehouse was 27 years old. ( in 2 months she would have be 28 ) .
The first four musicians in this group all rose to fame in the 1960s, and have achieved quite a good level of, shall we say, immortality!
-Brian Jones, 1941-1969, drowned in his backyard swimming pool
-Jimi Hendrix, 1942-1970, died of asphyxiation of vomit after overdose of sleeping pills
-Janis Joplin, 1943-1970, heroin overdose
-Jim Morrison, 1943-1971, unknown causes, though rumors of heroin and heart failure abound
The list however, also includes:
-Kurt Cobain, 1967-1994, self inflicted gunshot wound
-Robert Johnson (bluesman), 1911-1938, either strychinine poisoning or gunshot
-Alan Wilson (Canned Heat), 1943-1970, overdose
-Pete Ham (Badfinger), 1947-1975, suicide by hanging
-Chris Bell (Big Star), 1951-1978, car accident
-d. boon (Minutemen), 1958-1985, car accident
etc etc.
What is it about the age of 27 that causes or influences so many deaths of musicians? Of course, one could look at it as a major coincidence, and say “hey, there’s plenty of musicians who died at any age!”, but it’s also tempting to thing there’s some sort of karmic or other spiritual or devilish spirit at play here.

Is it just a coincidence? Anyway scare me the fact all these huge Rockstars legend have die at the same age of 27 years old. I have a HUGE admiration for all of them, young talents, icons for many generations. All my respects guys! Your legacy will be always with us and the future generations coming up… 
Brian Jones and Jimy Hendrix. Both died with 27 years old.

Yes finaly I put the pictures from the Ibiza Beach Polo 2011 organized by 4 Polo Management and ibiza partner Roman Fortunato PR & VIP Concierge. wow!! It was a huge work! 5 days of event but the whole organization it took months!! I have enjoy it alot actualy, I love polo and also the argentinian culture was alive in Ibiza, was quite emotional aswell for me. More than 150 polo horses have been delivery to Ibiza and many elite players : top ranked polo player in the world Adolfito Cambiasso came among other 10 goals handicap like Julito Novillo Astrada or El ” Facha” Fabian just to mention few.
I want to give a masive thanks to all those who came and suport this exciting and glamorous event wich is great for this island Ibiza: Gaby and Eva , Fede, Helen Lindes, Rudy Fernandez, Fonsi Nieto , Erick Morillo, james Blunt, Custo Barcelona, Javier Hidalgo, Air Europa, Cartier, Eugenia Silva, El facha, El Rata, Matias, Adolfito Cambiaso ,Manuele Bellstaff, Dani Homedes, Javier Hidalgo , Carlos Martorell, Diego Ossorio , Pepelu y Lisa, Bruno Maison Elephant , Josh KM5 . I cant resist and I want to jump!!! yeah!!! Thats why I take my flight in a couple of hours to meet my boy james Blunt in London and go together to Oxfordshire, Cornbury Festival!
